About Maree Stuart
Maree is an Analytical Chemist and Quality and Accreditation specialist with over 30 years working in and with laboratories. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Master of Business Administration, both from the University of Newcastle. Maree also has a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Policy and International Relations and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Macquarie University.
She is the founder and Principal Consultant of MAS Management Systems, a boutique science, quality and management systems consultancy practice, specialising in assisting laboratories and organisations with a technology focus. Maree is also the Founder and a Solicitor in Lab Law Pty Ltd, your trusted legal adviser of choice for laboratories in Australia. Not content with operating two organisations, she is also the Founder and Managing Director of a software company, Pericles Software Pty Ltd, working on solutions that harness the power of machine learning AI.
Maree is a Fellow and Chartered Chemist of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute (RACI, a member of the Metrology Society of Australia (MSA), a member of the Australian Organisation for Quality Ltd (AOQ), and a member of the Law Society of NSW. She is immediate Past President of AOQ and current NSW Branch President of RACI.
She is also a wife, mother of two, serial committee member and politics and history tragic.
